Geology Dining Table

Stone is too often flattened into a mere surface. Its weight, depth, and ancient character reduced to a two-dimensional image.

These tables are hewn from slabs, four inches in thickness, taken from a single boulder. Suspended above the ground by a delicate and intricate metal structure, the stone appears almost weightless, while revealing, all the more clearly, its extraordinary mass.
