Cold Cuts Coasters Rugs

2013

A collaboration with Tai Ping Carpets to translate our Cold Cuts Coasters into rugs. The Cold Cuts Coasters are made by cutting into a bundle of fibers (fabric, wood, rope, etc.), creating a surface of the ends of these fibers. These hand tufted rugs not only translate the graphic but also the spirit of the original object by utilizing a different type of fiber to represent each material in the coasters.
